Capitol Reef

14 Jan 2010

The pic to the left is near the park entrance to Capitol Reef National Park. That spot is touted as having the cleanest air in America. A couple of hours later we were back in Salt Lake which has had the dirtiest air in America the last couple of days due to a huge inversion which has trapped freezing air and smog in the valley. We might be getting a little snow tonight which should help clear the air out with the changing weather. We’ll see. Anyway, Capitol Reef was awesome. It’s still on our list for more extensive future exploration.

I wish you could send some of those blue skies this way!
